Terms of Service
By accessing or using the Reimbilly platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Use of the service
Reimbilly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You must not (a) reverse engineer or decompile the Service; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) resell or sublicence the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or network.
3. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@reimbilly.app if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant Reimbilly a limited licence to store and process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.
5. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are in INR unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued within 7 days of charge if the Service was materially unavailable.
6. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Planned maintenance windows are communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate these terms at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will provide a data export for 30 days post-termination on written request. After 30 days, data is deleted per our retention schedule.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reimbilly's total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
10. Changes to terms
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may terminate your account before the effective date.
